Where in Portland Oregon can under 21 go to a salsa club or get salsa lessons?

Have you checked to see if the club or classes you want are at:
The local university?
The local community college?
Community Centers/Senior Centers
The local public library?
Dance Studios will definately have Salsa lessons
I have also received Salsa lessons in Mexican Restaurants – taught by the DJ on a particular night of the week, in this case Thursdays.

I've danced in all of these places. I last danced with the campus Salsa club two Thursdays ago.
