Any salsa clubs in Sydney you can recommend?
Author: admin
I am going to Sydney tomorrow morning for a 6 days business trip. I would like to go to salsa clubs where I can dance. Can you recommend the best place to go to?
Here are some lists:
La Campana
53-55 Liverpool Street
They have a DJ most nights and a salsa band on Fridays and Saturdays.
Salsa Republic
Greenwood Hotel
Greenwood Plaza
Blue Street
North Sydney

Check at your local Volkshochschule. It's a kind of adult education program where you can take classes in all kinds of things: dancing, cooking, photography, aerobics, yoga, computers, etc. The classes usually aren't that expensive, and it's a fun way to meet people.

So, since we were doing a reloaded version of the salsa basic step with zoomed in angles, we decided to do the same with the other basic elements of salsa moves.
You’ve seen ballroom dancing on TV shows like Dancing With The Stars with Cheryl Burke and Emmitt Smith, Ballroom Boot Camp, America’s Ballroom Challenge, and the Fox reality show, So You Think You Can Dance?.
We present how to do a right turn in partnering, as well as the crossbody lead and the open break. These moves are fundamental to making a lot of combinations work once you reach advanced levels of salsa.

Patricio Rdz Rucoba “Papi Chulo,” and Lizette Gonzalez “Doncella” Latin Dance Performance at the Indian Student Association Show, this is about two weeks after we won at the Papi Chulo Talent Competition. We baptized this performance “Papi Chulo.” Since many seem interested, I will share the songs I used in the mix in the order of appearance. 1. Aventura – Obsecion. 2. DL1 – Todo por tu amor. 3. Kumbia Kings – Sabes a chocolate 4. Cypress Hill – Tequila Sunrise 5 K-Paz de la Sierra – Jumbalaya 6. Molotov – Gimme The Power 7 Jerry Rivera – Amores como el nuestro 8 DLG – La quiero a morir

Any good salsa clubs in Orange County, CA?

If you go anywhere, and you are of legal age, go to J.C.Fandangos in Anaheim…fantastic bands, great crowd, not expensive, and a beautiful club. I go there all the time, always have a great time. Be prepared to dance Salsa and Cumbia all night, very few other dances thrown in. Go to their website, jcfandango.com for a listing of what is going on at any one time. They give great Salsa lessons on Saturday nights before things get going. Oh, and by the way, people dress well for that club…no jeans, sloppy clothes allowed. Women usually wear some kind of cocktail dress or whatever. Good luck
